MDA Rugs was founded in 2004 by Milton Iljadhis who has been in this industry to 1996 in sales and retail in Greece. Milton then traveled to the United States where he found his home in New York and pursued his dream to be a successful businessman in the United States. Milton was employed by a leading rugs company in Brooklyn, New York, leading him to become a national sales manager traveling all over the United States selling top-quality rugs.

During his years in retail and wholesale, Milton gained invaluable experience and understanding and all aspects surrounding the imported rug business. As the years went by, Milton decided to launch his own imported rugs company which today is known as MDA Rugs Imports Inc., which stands for “Milton Dream of America.”

MDA Rugs imports merchandise from India, China, Turkey, and select countries in Europe. All rugs are handmade, hand tufted, machine made, and hand-loomed to fit all individual lifestyles.
